Minister Chabane to brief media on Presidential Inauguration

Minister in the Presidency - Collins Chabane is expected to hold a briefing this morning - on the Presidential Inauguration taking place on May 24.

On Wednesday - new members of parliament will be sworn in by Cheif Justice Mogoeng Mogeong- and then elect President Jacob Zuma for a second term.

The ANC will hold 249 seats in the National Assembly - while the DA holds 89 and are followed by  EFF with  25 seats.

MINISTER CHABANE TO BRIEF MEDIA ON THE STATE OF READINESS TO HOST THE 2014 PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION
The Minister for Performance Monitoring and Evaluation as well as Administration and chairperson of the Inauguration Inter- Ministerial Committee, Collins Chabane will brief media on government's state of readiness to host the 2014 Presidential Inauguration taking place on the 24th of May 2014.
